Jon Sievert

CEO and Owner of Casper's Truck Equipment

A leader in Wisconsin and Northern Michigan for providing work vehicle solutions. Before acquiring Casper’s, Jon had a distinguished career at Douglas Dynamics, where he held multiple leadership roles, including President of the Work Truck Solutions Group. His responsibilities included oversight of Henderson Products and Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment. Jon has also been an active leader within the industry, serving as the 57th Board Chair of the NTEA from 2021-2022. Jon is dedicated to helping customers find the most effective solution for their work truck needs.

Rick Albertini

CEO of Phenix Truck & Van

A second-generation Hispanic owned company that has grown to become California’s largest and most comprehensive vocational truck and van equipment manufacturer and distributor. Founded in 1978 as a start-up custom upfitter, Phenix Truck & Van has evolved into a complete commercial fleet solution provider. Rick currently serves as the Second Vice Chairman of the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) Board of Trustees, contributing his extensive industry expertise to the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Finance from California State University, Long Beach.

Adam Keane

President and Owner of Allied Body Works, Inc.

A family business founded in 1949 that has become a trusted leader in truck upfitting and service. As a fourth-generation owner, Adam carries forward the legacy of innovation and quality while steering the company into new opportunities. His passion for delivering customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of commercial fleets is evident in every project. Adam led the Young Executive Network (now known as Generation Next) as Chairman from 2010-2011 and served on the NTEA Board of Trustees from 2010-2018, including as Treasurer in 2014 and President from 2017-2018. Adam’s background in sports and his competitive spirit, combined with decades of experience in vehicle upfitting, have positioned him as a key figure in pushing the boundaries of the industry and driving excellence in everything he does.

Jeffrey Messer

President and Owner, Messer Truck and Van

In 2003, Jeffrey Messer joined Messer Truck and Van, becoming the fourth generation in his family’s business, which was founded in 1899 by his great-grandfather Walter Messer. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in Ocean Engineering, Jeff served in the U.S. Navy for five years as a surface warfare officer and nuclear power engineer before returning to Maine and entering the family business. He has worked in various areas of the company, including service, parts and sales, in an effort to learn the business from the ground-up. In 2008, he was named company president after his father’s untimely passing. Jeff served on the NTEA’s Board of Directors from 2009 to 2016, and served as the NTEA’s president in 2015-2016. Jeff and his wife, Alissa, have three children and reside in Raymond, Maine.

Todd Davis

Jonathan Culp

Sales leader for Fourward Upfitting

Jonathan currently serves as a sales leader for Fourward Upfitting, after spending almost ten years in the upfit industry – and twenty years total in fleet – successfully helping national fleets improve field productivity and reduce the total cost of ownership.  In prior roles, Jon was responsible for OEM relationships and the Upfitter Partner Network at a premiere Fleet Management Company, also serving as a Lean Six Sigma Project Manager and Coach.  He achieved certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt by the American Society for Quality, holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University in Maryland.  In his free time, he enjoys smoking barbeque at home and cooking for friends and family.
